Please note that 

• Shipping times are estimated delivery times and are not contractual binding. Due to the Corona pandemic shipping is expected to take longer.
• Delivery times do not include customs since this process is beyond the carrier's control.

• _{Destinations within Germany: 3.50 € and from free of charge for orders over 85.00 €}
• _{All international destinations will be calculated and displayed after you have provided your shipping address. The full price will be displayed at checkout.} 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.

Once you have placed a good in the cart and filled out the shipping information you can choose to pay by Credit card, PayPal, PayPal Express or Apple Pay. 

• For orders from Germany and Austria, we also offer the payment option "Sofortüberweisung" by Klarna.
• When paying by Credit card, your account will be charged upon completion of the order. 

Please note that all prices stated are in Euro and include the statutory value added tax for orders within the EU. For orders outside the EU no VAT is charged, the prices are displayed without VAT. For these orders, customs duties of the country of delivery may be charged. These vary depending on the destination and are paid directly by the customer. 

We will issue an invoice, which will be sent to you by e-mail after order confirmation.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. 

• Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout".
• Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method as well as shipping method for the goods.
• We will then send you an automatic confirmation of receipt in which your order is listed and we will ship your package within the stated business days.
• If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.

• We have a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy, from the day the item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. For returns, please email info@maconi-jewelry.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• It is strongly recommended to keep the proof of postage when returning the goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying you about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original payment method shortly after.
