Shipping and delivery

(1) The prices do not include shipping and handling costs. As soon as you have entered your shipping address, shipping cost will be calculated, and estimated delivery times will be provided. These shipping costs will then be displayed as a separate position in addition to the order value. The total sum (order value plus shipping cost) is being calculated before you confirm the order.

(2) The ordered goods will be delivered to the address specified by you. Please put down all details necessary for the carrier to find your address.

(3) The order will be processed and shipped by MACONI Jewelry within 2 business days.

In general, the delivery time within Germany takes approx. 1-2 working days.
Shipping to destination within the EU is estimated between 4-8 working days.
Deliveries to countries outside the EU will take approx 5-8 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimated times and are not legally binding. There may be delays caused by limited transport capacities due to the COVID health crisis. There may be delays in deliveries to non-European countries due to the processing of customs authorities. MACONI Jewelry has no influence on either of these factors.

If delivered items show obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please complain about such defects to us immediately. However, failure to make this complaint has no consequences for your legal claims.
